The Management Team family is a full-service fee management company. Commercial real estate management is our primary focus; re-development is our passion. We were instrumental in one client receiving matching funds from the City of Las Vegas for redevelopment. Theirs was the first commercial/retail project to receive said funds in the history of the City's redevelopment initiative. We have performed construction management of a $750,000.00 face-lift of a retail center at the corner of Tropicana & Eastern. We also have experience handling a fire that occurred at one Center destroying a 3,600 square foot market, and managing the abatement of a hazardous waste contamination at another Center, which is projected to extend approximately five (5) years and cost over $1,000,000.00.
We use Yardi Genesis as our Property Management Software. We are able to download any of our standard reports to Word or Excel for customization purposes. We also have the ability to email our monthly financial statements to save paper and postage and can copy your partners, CPA or other designee.
